Having qualified as Personal Representative of the Estate of Robbie G. McCoy, late of 56 Willow Pond Lane, Hayesville, Clay County, NC 28904, the undersigned does hereby notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the estate of said decedent to exhibit them to the undersigned at 77 W Main St, Franklin, NC 28734, on or before the 25th day of July, 2024, or this notice will be plead in bar of their recovery.
