The annual Confederate Memorial Day ceremony will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 28 at the Union County War Memorial in Blairsville, Ga. It will be conducted by the David W. Payne Camp 1633, Sons of Confederate Veterans. There will be a guest speaker and a cannon firing is tentatively planned. The public is welcome to attend.
