Charlotte Jean Mitchell

Charlotte Jean Mitchell, 84, of Hayesville, passed away Sunday, Aug. 14, 2022 at a Clay County Care facility. She was a native of Elizabeth, N.J. and moved to Clay County in 2010.

She was the daughter of the late Arthur and Ruby Jane Myers Morrison. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Osbourne; a grandson, James Edward Kumas, and a half-sister, Laura Desrosiers.

Surviving is one daughter, Deborah K. Campbell, of Young Harris, Ga.; one son, Michael James Campbell, of West Virginia; one brother, Richard Morrison and wife, Mary, of Amityville, N.Y.; two grandsons, Michael Campbell and Joseph Kumas; and close nieces Denise, Michelle, Stacy and Dianne.

No services are planned at this time.
