Robert "Bob" LeHoullier

Robert "Bob" LeHoullier, 77, of Tampa, Fla. peacefully passed away Tuesday May 2, 2017 at his home in Hayesville.
His career was multi-layered. Bob retired from the U.S. Air Force after being stationed in many parts of the world. He then started a commercial real estate company as well as taught college economics and finance as an adjunct professor. Bob graduated from Chaminade University, MBA and from Luther Rice Seminary, M-Div.
He was a former endurance athlete having raced in numerous marathons, bike races and Ironman Triathlons. Locally, he belonged to several hiking as well as trail maintaining clubs, VFW Post 7807 and Mountain Lakes Pickleball Group where until May 1 he taught and coached beginning and intermediate players. Whatever Bob did, he did with a lot of enthusiasm.
Bob is survived by his wife, Bobbi, son, Bob and wife, Tammy; daughter, Kymberly and husband, Don, and grandchildren, Alex, Connor, Dreux, Justin, Chuck and Josh.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, May 20 at VFW Post 7807, 1329 Sunnyside Road, Hiawassee.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Clay County Recreation Department, PO Box 118, Hayesville, N.C. 28904.
