The truth will set all of us free
After watching several morning shows on Wednesday, I felt like the world was tethering on a delicate rope that is unraveling before our eyes. But when all is said and done, I have to believe democracy will remain intact and that the majority of our elected officials will follow their conscience in whatever direction it leads.
I’m talking about the alleged Russian intelligence officers’ communications that may or may not be tied to President Trump’s campaign aides. We will all be better off if it turns out there is no substance to the claims, but if an investigation reveals there is, I trust the two major parties will unite and preserve our country’s integrity.
