Bar W Rodeo returns

"Saturday night was standing room only.” - Brett Woody

Cutworm’s Corral opened it’s gates for the annual Bar W Scholarship Fund Rodeo on Friday and Saturday, May 27-28. Rodeo fans from across the country settled in the bleachers to watch the cowboys and cowgirls take to the arena.
The event featured bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, roping, team roping, break-away roping, steer wrestling, barrel racing and of course, bull riding.
While fans enjoyed the battle of man versus beast, they were also entertained by Cowboy Kenny’s Steel Rodeo which featured Kenny Bartram’s freestyle motocross show.
“It was a good weekend. The weather was perfect and the people came out. Saturday night was standing room only,” Bar W Rodeo owner Brett Woody said. “We really want to thank the community for supporting this event and thank all of our sponsors that make it possible to put these rodeos on.”
