David Lynn Mosteller, 66, of Robbinsville, N.C., went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, May 15, 2021.
He was the son of the late Monroe “Bill” and Delza Owetta Matheson Mosteller. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his daughter, Kristin Lyna Daniels, and his maternal grandparents, Arthur J. and Annie Mae Matheson.
David was a pharmacist at Appalachian Community Pharmacy in Robbinsville. He loved fishing and was a Georgia Bulldogs fan.
He is survived by his loving wife, Denise Tate Mosteller; his son, D.J. Mosteller, of Charlotte, N.C.; his brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Sabrina Mosteller, of Waynesville, N.C.; his nephew, Barry David Mosteller, of Franklin, N.C.; his niece, Christina M. Beher, of Maui, Hawaii; his grandchildren, Summer McCoy, Bruce Tipton and Braxton Hicks. He has two great-grandchildren, Olivia and Vivian McCoy. He also leaves behind his mother-in-law, Brenda Dowdle, of Robbinsville; his sisters-in-law and his many friends who will cherish his memory.
Graveside services were held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 19 at Union Hill Cemetery in Hayesville. Rev. Jackie Sellers officiated.
