Jarrett ‘Bud’ Thompson

Jarrett "Bud" Thompson, 67, of Hayesville, passed away April 3, 2021 in Sylva, N.C. Bud was preceded in death by his father; Garth Thompson, and mother, Florence "Mac" Thompson.

Surviving is his sister, Rebecca Smith, and spouse, James Smith, of Hayesville, and two nephews; Garth and Jordan Smith, of Asheville, N.C. He owned and operated "And That's Video" in Hayesville for more than 20 years and was active in the local Democratic Party.

Due to COVID-19, no services are planned at this time. A celebration of life will be planned for later this summer.
