Sandra Ruth Lyons Clouchete, 62, of Hayesville, earned her angel wings in the early morning of July 4, 2021.
Sandy loved her friends, family, cooking and spending time in her flower garden. She had been a cook at Home for Children, Hinton Center.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward Lyons Jr. and Opal Martin Lyons.
She is survived by her husband, Scott; daughter, Kelly Garmon (Brian) and granddaughter, Lilly, of Pleasant Garden, N.C.; daughter, Karrie, of Hayesville; son, Brandon and grandson, Michael, of Orlando Fla.; and brother, Eddie Lyons (Connie), of Andalusia, Ala.
A memorial service was held at 1 p.m. Saturday, July 10 at Townson-Rose Funeral Home Chapel in Hayesville.
