Leonardo Daniel Torres Barios, 25, of Young Harris, has been with charged “interference with custody,” in connection to a missing person investigation involving a local teenager, Towns County Sheriff’s Office spokesperson Terry Conner said Friday.
The teen was allegedly located at Torres-Barios residence. She has been safely returned to her home. Torres-Barios was arrested without incident, Nov. 2 and as of Nov. 5 remained in the Towns County Detention Center.
There is a hold from Clay County on pending charges here, according to Conner.
