Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital implements “No Visitor” policy

Erlanger Western Carolina Hospital has implemented a “No Visitor” policy for inpatient and emergency patients.

With management approval, exceptions can be made for end-of-life patients and patients requiring caregivers on a case-by-case basis. Pediatric patients may have two caregivers at the bedside. Surgery patients are allowed one visitor.

All visitors are required to wear either a surgical or homemade face mask. Any visitor without a mask will not be permitted.

Due to the changing nature of COVID-19’s presence in the community, this policy will be revised accordingly. For the full, current policy, click here.
