Small Town Main Street/Historic Hayesville Inc. volunteers have prepared the exhibit at 116 Sanderson Street for opening on May 31 for the 2025 season from June through December.

Early Clay County and town of Hayesville photos are shown throughout the building alongside features of early farm families, veterans’ room featuring generations of soldiers, quilt displays from 1800s to current popular designs and much more.
The HHI Exhibit also serves as headquarters for STMS activities and local partner projects including Barn Quilts. which are all custom orders and designs. Volunteers are available by appointment to meet with clients for size and color selections in the rear of the HHI Exhibit building next to the Hayesville Post Office on Sanderson Street.
HHI is a 501c3 non-profit sponsoring various events for downtown improvements. Barn Quilts, the annual fall Steins & Wine event and current Trash to Treasure sale are the main fundraisers for STMS/HHI projects.
