Leighton Costanzo, 7 years old, gives a warm Valentine hug to Hayesville Primary School maintenance associate Lance Kelly en route to delivering treats to teachers and other staff at the school on Tuesday. Leighton is known as “Mr. Hayesville Primary School,” where he is in kindergarten. He uses the miniature cart to tool around the school and on Tuesday it was decked out in pink and red for Valentines Day and filled with treats. When the youngster visited the cafeteria staff, it was his turn to be the recipient. They filled Leighton’s cart with Valentines including stuffed animals and treats and gave him plenty of hugs to pass along. “This kid is a light on campus,” said his teacher, Beth Leopard.
