According to a release from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office, On Sunday, Sept. 15 officers were dispatched to U.S. Highway 64 east in Hayesville where Alex Rosen, founder of “Predator Poachers” out of Houston, Texas was on scene with a suspected sexual predator.

Rosen’s organization had been conducting an on-line undercover operation posing as an 11-year-old girl and had been in communication with Rondal Arrowood, 62, residing at the address. Clay County Sgt. Steven Smith, Investigator Nick Queen and Officer Drew Judge arrived at the residence and met with Rosen and Rosen’s associates.

Rosen produced detailed documentation in support of his investigation. Rosen said his associates and himself arrived at Arrowood’s residence which consisted of a camper trailer and a motor-home. Rosen and his associates met Arrowood at his camper trailer, confronted him about his illegal activities and confirmed him to have been the person they had been in communication with. This interaction was filmed by Rosen’s associates. Rosen stated that at some point, Arrowood said he needed to take his medications and retreated inside the camper trailer. At this point a call was made for a response by the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
