The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for July 10-16. All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Lilyaunna Kiff-Hall, 22, of Murphy, N.C., failure to appear on a felony. Released on July 11.
• Daniel Ryan Pennington, 42, of Hayesville, extradition/fugitive of other state. Released on July 13.
• Hannah Sue Anne Scovack, 22, simple assault. Released on July 14.
• Adan Caberia Lopez, 46, of Hayesville, driving while impaired. Released on July 16.
• Darvin W. Martinez, 23, of Murphy, N.C., traffic infraction, no operators license, failing to heed light or siren and driving while impaired. Released on July 16.
