The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for Jan. 19-26.
All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Devin Julian Burrell, 34, of Murphy, N.C., breaking and or entering, felony larceny, 2 counts of larceny of motor vehicle, larceny, failure to appear on misdemeanor. Released on Jan. 20.
• Casey Michelle Dills, 36, of Brasstown, N.C., misdemeanor larceny. Released on Jan. 22.
• Karl Daniel Snow, 35, of Brasstown, misdemeanor larceny. Released on Jan. 22.
• Jennifer Ann Payne, 37, of Warne, N.C., extradition/fugitive other state. Released on Jan. 24.
• William E. Burgess II, 63, of Hayesville, indecent liberties with child. Released on Jan. 22.
