he Still Place holds successful golf tournament fundraiser

The Still Place held their annual golf tournament fundraiser on Friday, May 29 at Mountain Harbour Golf Club. Golfers arrived for lunch and purchased mulligans before teeing off at 1 p.m. The evening ended with the announcement of the winners. The first place team was Andrew Brown, Kevin Crawford, Jala Stamey and Justin Ashe. Funds raised will be used to continue serving family, bereavement and caregiver retreats. Family week long retreats are held on the property located at Compass Creek. This year, The Still Place will serve at least 30 families, hold four bereavement retreats and launch a new program for caregivers who have a child with cancer.
