Moss Memorial Library in Hayesville is getting a new look. Workers construct a new cement sidewalk as part of phase one of a remodeling project. Penland Builders employees were working hard getting the stucture ready for new concrete to be poured. From left is owner, Robert Penland, Jimmy Long, Brian Sovich and James Paul. According to Penland phase two should begin in about 12 weeks and includes auto doors and new windows for the library.
