The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for Feb.8-15.
All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Jackie Lynn Anderson, 46, of Warne, N.C., extradition/fugitive of other state. Released on Feb. 13.
• Eugene Joshua Ashe, 45, of Hayesville, probation violation. Released on Feb. 10.
• Heaven Destiny Dodson, 26, of Cohutta, Ga., 30710, failure to appear on a felony.
• Michael Wade Roberson II, 37, of Brasstown, N.C., probation violation.
• Joseph Emilio Vasquez, 25, of Hayesville, driving while impaired. Released on Feb. 13.
• Ernest Manuel Aguayo Jr., 64, of Holly Springs, N.C., failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on Feb. 12.
• Ronald Joseph Mastronaldi, 80, of Hayesville, four counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor.
• Joseph Tyrone Gibson, 42, of Hiawassee, Ga., resisting a public officer and assault on a government official/employee. Released on Feb. 14.
• Russell Matthew Conley, 48, of Murphy, N.C., misdemeanor larceny.
