The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for Feb. 15-22. All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Brandon Michael Pickens Sr., 41, of Asheville, N.C., true bill of indictment; three counts of trafficking in opium or heroin; maintaining a place for a controlled substance; three counts of possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance; three counts of trafficking in cocaine; possession of a schedule I controlled substance and possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule I controlled substance.
• Mark Raymond Coffelt, 48, of Hayesville, probation violation. Released on Feb. 20.
• Joseph Tyler Patterson, 34, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a felony. Released on Feb. 19.
• Anand Rameshbhai Patl, 27, of Cleveland, Tenn., driving while impaired, reckless driving-wanton disregard and misdemeanor open container after consuming. Released on Feb. 21.
