The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for Feb. 22- March 1. All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Mary Elizabeth Murphy, 63, of Nashville, Tenn., driving while impaired and improper backing.
• David Michael Koch, 34 ,of Murphy, extradition/fugitive other state. Released on Feb. 25.
• Brian Scott Lewis, 27, of Brasstown, extradition/fugitive of other state. Released on Feb. 26
• Mark Dewayne Parton, 63, of Warne, probation violation. Released on March 1.
