The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for March 15-22.
All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Nicholas Robert Britton, 43, of Franklin, N.C., true bill of indictment.
• Vivian Lynn Carlan, 65, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on March 17.
• Donald Bruce Moore, 59, of Murphy, N.C., failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on March 19.
• Benjamin Reed Gibson, 26, of Young Harris, Ga., failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on March 20.
• Joy Fryar Adams, 67, of Boiling Springs, S.C., driving while impaired and possession of an open container consuming alcohol in passenger area. Released on March 21.
• Tammy Michelle Borchardt, 55, of Warne, N.C., possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a place for a controlled substance. Released on March 21.
