The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff’s Office for March 30-April 4. All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Tammy Michelle Borchardt, 55, of Warne, N.C., conspiracy to sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance. Released on April 1.
• Brendon Keith Collins, 19, of Hayesville, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine. Released on April 2.
• Heather Nichole Hickman, 43, of Murphy, N.C., driving while impaired and failing to maintain lane control. Released on April 1.
• Carolina Star Nicholson, 33, of Hayesville, two counts of felony trafficking in fentanyl.
• Tamara Margaret Norton, 66, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Released on April 2.
• Rennie Glen Davenport, 63, of Hayesville, trafficking in methamphetamine, maintaining a place for a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of a stolen firearm.
• Jacob Zachary Jeffries, 32, of Young Harris, Ga., felony possession of cocaine.
• Stephanie Michelle Vega Burgos, 28, of Carnesville, Ga., three counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor, identity theft, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting a public officer.
• Travis Franklin Thurmond, 54, of Hayesville, failure to appear on a misdemeanor, failing to report an accident, driving while license revoked due to a previous non impaired revocation and hit/run leaving the scene of property damage.
• Ernest Manuel Aguayo Jr., 64, of Holly Springs, N.C., defrauding an innkeeper and two counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor.
• Terry Dewayne Butler, 42, of Hayesville, statutory rape of a child.
