The following warrants were issued through the Clay County Sheriff's Office for May 10-17. All individuals are considered innocent unless proven otherwise in court.
• Brandy Alisa Kays, 42, of Murphy, N.C., threatening to kill or inflict serious bodily injury upon an executive, legislative, court or local elected official, extortion and communicating threats. Released on Wednesday, May 13.
• Victoria Hancock Chance, 57, of Hayesville, sentenced.
• Kevin Ray Rosser, 23, of Blairsville, Ga., driving while impaired and speeding. Released on Wednesday, May 13.
• Eugene Joshua Ashe, 45, of Hayesville, possession of methamphetamine and uttering a forged instrument. Released on Thursday, May 14.
• Deven William Martin, 30, of Hiawassee, Ga., two counts of violating a domestic violence protection order. Released on Friday May, 15.
• Rory Victor Edlin, 39, of Hayesville, driving while impaired, driving wrong way on a dual lane and other-free text. Released on Friday May, 15.
• Daniell Alexis Partin, 33, of Blairsville, driving while impaired.
• Haley Cheyenne Goode, 27, of Hayesville, true bill of indictment. Released on Saturday, May 16.
• Shana Rayette Walton, 38, of Young Harris, Ga., aiding and abetting larceny. Released on Saturday, May 16.
• Stephen Robert Maney, 51, of Hayesville, communicating threats and injury to real property.
