Emily Ann Silknitter

Emily Ann Silknitter, 37, of Hayesville, passed away on Thursday, Aug. 5.

She was born on Sept. 10, 1983 to Debrah and Robert Silknitter in Plano, Texas.

Emily is survived by her parents; two daughters, Madison and Ariel Silknitter; sisters, Lisa, Christina and Amanda; nieces and nephews including Sierra, Alexis, Ryan and Collin and partner, Elizabeth Donaldson, who adored every minute with her.

She passed away with ease in her father’s home finally finding her happy place. She was very out-going with very little patience and told you how things were gonna be whether you liked it or not. This time for all of us has been extremely hard, although we have all been there for each other and can pull through together.
