Horace C. “Bud” Wimpey

Horace C. “Bud” Wimpey, 81, of Hayesville, passed away on April 20, 2022 at his residence. He was a native of Hayesville and a 30 year employee for TVA.

He was the son of the late Taft and Betty Wimpey.

Surviving are a wife, Sandra Wimpey, of Hayesville; two children; one sister; one brother; four grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

The family request memorials be made to Ledford’s Chapel United Methodist Church in Bud’s name.

A memorial service will be held at a later date at Ledford’s Chapel United Methodist Church.
