Howard Edwin Bruner, 79, formerly of Millville, N.J. passed away peacefully Saturday, Dec. 18. 2021 at Hayesville House.
He was born Sept. 23, 1942 in Dauphin County, Harrisburg, Pa. to the late Joyce E. Bruner and Anna E. Smith.
He attended school in Millville. He went to work at Wheaton Glass Factory in Millville; Maurice River Construction Company Millville, and later moved south and worked as a independent carpenter.
He was preceded in death by his second wife Cathy Elaine Gross.
Survivors include a sister, Shirleen Bruner, of Vineland, N.J.; daughters, Anna Marie Bruner, of Hayesville, Elisa E. Bruner, of Florida; sons, Christopher Spry, of Blairsville, Ga., and Cliff Spry, of Hayesville; seven grandchildren, Kira Spry, Chloe Spry, Braiden Ledford, Gabriel Garcia, Brady Spry, Chantel Spry,and Rozlynne Spry; and one great-grand-daughter, Aria Wade.
