James Jack Ledford Sr

James Jack Ledford Sr., 85, of Hayesville, passed away on Saturday, Jan. 23, 2021. H e w a s born in Clay County to the late Guy a n d C l e o Bradley Ledford. James was retired from the Little Debbie company.

He loved to ride horses, build race cars, working in the yard and loved his family. James was a United States Marine veteran. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter Lynee Forbes.

He is survived by sons, Tim Ledford and wife, Susan, and James Jack Ledford Jr; daughter, Jacqueline Woody and husband, Tony; eight grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren.

A graveside service was held at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 26 at Oak Forest United Methodist Church Cemetery in Hayesville with Masonic Graveside rites conducted. Rev. Jackie Sellers officiated.
