Hayesville High School senior Jackson Sellers will continue his baseball journey at the collegiate level after signing with Caldwell Community College and Technical Institute in Hudson, N.C.
Throughout his time with the Yellow Jackets, Sellers established himself as one of the program’s most versatile and dependable players. Whether contributing on the mound or delivering at the plate, he played an important role in Hayesville’s success and helped lead the team to four consecutive Smoky Mountain Conference championships.
Sellers wrapped up an outstanding senior campaign with a conference-leading .593 batting average, showcasing his consistency and offensive power throughout the season. His accomplishments and leadership have left a lasting mark on the Hayesville baseball program, and he now looks ahead to the next chapter of his athletic career at Caldwell.
