The Lake Chatuge Chamber of Commerce will host the Sixth Annual Towns County Business Showcase from 4-7 p.m. Tuesday, April 26 at the Towns County Recreation and Conference Center located at 150 Foster Park Road in Young Harris, just off Mining Gap Road. This year the event will once again feature many local businesses — new businesses as well as many old friends. This event keeps participants on the competitive edge with networking, idea sharing, product introduction and service solutions. This is a great opportunity for businesses and organizations to showcase their business and discuss services with both local citizens and visitors to the area.
Many of the participating businesses will offer samples, giveaways or drawings and one lucky attendee will receive the grand prize of $200. The Sixth Annual Business Showcase is to encourage connection within the community. Many businesses currently hiring will also be able to talk about the available jobs and provide applications at the show. Are you looking for an area organization for volunteer opportunities? This is the place to learn more about area non-profits, the services they provide and volunteer opportunities available. Come help us promote Shop Small And Shop Local.
There is a small admission fee of $2 per person. Come and meet area business owners, learn about volunteer opportunities and/or find out about job opportunities. We will again be giving away a $200 prize to one attendee at the end of the show. Don’t miss this chance to visit with multiple businesses in one place. There are still booth spaces available and this show is open to any business — Chamber member and non-Chamber members are welcome.
