This weekend could be a great time from 4-7:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20 to enjoy area beer, wine and food inside the downtown Hayesville Square.

Tickets to enter the 12th annual event sponsored by Historic Hayesville Inc. are available with a special price of $10 in advance at Tiger's Store on Herbert Street or HHI Exhibit on Sanderson Street next to the Post Office in downtown Hayesville

Those who wait to pay at the entry gate will be charged $15 per ticket which is still a good price to enjoy an early fall evening and support local HHI projects.

Beer and wine will be available from 12 area vendors for purchase and to enjoy with local food.

The event has been popular since 2013 featuring new vendors along with favorites returning each year with their latest brew or wine.

Everyone is welcome but N. C. State law requires all attendees to be 21 with valid identification showing birth date to enter and get wristbands at the entry gate with or without intention to consume alcohol.

The annual fall event provides a good opportunity for "parents night out" and children to enjoy company of a sitter or relative at home.

No pets, coolers, outside drinks or backpacks are allowed inside event area.

A limited number of tables for two or more will be available for gathering with friends and specialty items from a limited number of pre registered crafters might inspire early holiday shopping.
