Sweet ‘N Sourwood Honey concert on Hiawassee Square slated for Saturday evening

    Sweet 'N Sourwood Honey — eclectic sweetener for the ears and soul. Sweet 'N Sourwood Honey is a western North Carolina band featuring tight harmonies backed by solid instrumentals, with an eclectic portfolio of original and covered songs ranging from Americana to bluegrass, folk, country, rock, blues and jazz. Enchanted Music on the Hiawassee Square presents Sweet ‘N Sourwood Honey from 6:30-8 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 17.

    In case of rain, this event will take place in the civic center behind the library to the left of the courthouse.

    It’s great family fun. Bring a blanket or chair. Well behaved pets are welcome with cleanup. VFW Auxiliary Food Truck will start serving at 6 p.m. Special thanks to our corporate sponsors and the City of Hiawassee who keep our concerts going.
