Two Andrews men face charges related to breaking and entering and larcenies that occurred in March, according to a release from the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
Kyle Orr, 27, and Christopher Figueira, 20, are charged with breaking into a residence on Highway 64 West on two separate occasions.
Figueira is also charged with taking a landscaping cart from Rib Country. Orr is in custody of the Cherokee County Georgia Sheriff’s Office on unrelated charges and will be extradited back to North Carolina. Figueira remains at large.
Orr is charged with one count felony second degree burglary; one count felony breaking and entering and two counts felony larceny.
Figueira is charged with one count felony second degree burglary; one count felony breaking and entering; two counts felony larceny and one count misdemeanor larceny.
