The Blairsville Cruisers and the Joshua’s Warriors Christian Men’s Group will co-host a fall car show and sock hop on Saturday Oct.12 at the Blairsville Civic Center. The car show will be held from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. with the sock hop starting at 6:30 p.m.
The first event of the day will be the Jacqueline Crisp Memorial Car Show from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. at the First Freewill Baptist Church in Hayesville.
For the evening show in Blairsville, three club choice trophies will go to some lucky vehicles at the car show. Everyone is invited to come enjoy hot rods, classics, antiques, special interest cars and trucks and then dance to the music by Kurt The Old School D.J.
The Blairsville Cruisers will also be participating in the Sorghum Festival at Meek’s Park where the raffle Mustang convertible will be on display and donation tickets will be available both weekends of the festival. Be sure to make time to visit the Sorghum Festival this weekend at Meek’s Park in Blairsville.
