    Hayesville Middle School Girls fell behind early and couldn’t come back in a 10-0 loss to Cherokee Middle School Girls on Friday, April 21.

    A single by Maddie Long in the fifth inning was a positive for the HMS Lady Jackets. Jasmine Brooks was on the rubber for the HMS Lady Jackets. The hurler surrendered 10 runs on seven hits over five and a third innings, striking out four and walking one. Caroline Wade, Maddie Long and Micalynn McClure each managed one hit to lead the Hayesville Middle School Girls.
