Hayesville Middle School wrapped up the track and field season by sending Yellow Jacket athletes to the N.C. Runners Middle School Elite Invitational event held on Saturday, May 29 in Gastonia. Johan Webb led all Hayesville competitors with runner-up finishes in the 110 meter hurdles and high jump events. Other strong performances were turned in by athletes wearing black and Vegas gold.
