The players of the Moutain Harbour Ladies Golf Association tried to stay “chill” in warmer temps than they were used to Thursday, July 16. Winners did the Cha-Cha-Cha, some did the Samba and a couple did the Twist.
First place kept their cool with a 139 and $7 each went to the team of Ann Chotiner, Glenda Geddings, Jean Sullivan, and Carol Millward.
In second place, with a score of 141 and $5 each went to the team of Beckie Suverkrup, Claudia Mahaffie, Pat Westbrook, Connie Dockery.
Third place and $3 each went to the team of Alison Taylor, Karen Mussoline, Gloria White, and Vicki Hough for their score of with a 143.
Chip-in awards went to Carol Millward, Kay McLeod and Vicki Hough. The trio received $3 each for their performances.
