    Hayesville’s varsity Lady Jacket soccer team hosted the Swain Maroon Devils on Monday, May 2 and lost the conference game, 9-0.

    According to coach Amanda Thompson, “A lot of different girls got the opportunity to play today and they all played extremely hard. Swain is a very good team, but we didn’t back down. I was proud of our effort in today’s game.”

    The Lady Jackets hold an overall record of 3-7 and a conference record of 2-6.
