The Young Harris College men's soccer team moved up one position to No. 4 in this week's United Soccer Coaches NCAA Division II Top 25 poll.
The Mountain Lions improved to 12-0-1 overall and to 8-0-1 in the Peach Belt Conference after battling to a 2-2 draw in double overtime at the University of North Georgia and taking a decisive 4-1 decision over Lander University on the road.
Young Harris will have two league games this week. The Mountain Lions will host Georgia Southwestern State University at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday (Oct. 20) at the YHC Soccer and Lacrosse Field before traveling to Aiken, South Carolina, for a 4 p.m. contest against the University of South Carolina-Aiken Saturday (Oct. 23). A win in either match will give the Mountain Lions their sixth Peach Belt Conference title in program history.
