    On Sept. 23 Mountain Harbour Golf Course will be hosting the annual Bethel-Guidry College Scholarship Golf Tournament which benefits deserving high school seniors from Clay and Towns counties.

    The four person scramble format features an 8 a.m. golfer's continental breakfast, shotgun start at 9 a.m. and best ball 18 hole scramble. At 2:30 p.m. golfers are rewarded with a celebratory luncheon, awards presentations and the chance to bid on silent auction items.

    We are still signing up golfers and accepting sponsorships for this worthy cause, which is sponsored by Good Shepherd Episcopal Church in Hayesville. Entry Fee is $400 per team of four players or $100 per player.
