Steins & Wine proceeds to help hurricane recovery

By Sandy Zimmerman Guest Writer   The 11th annual Steins & Wine on the Square will be held from 4-7:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 5. The event will have the most beer and wine vendors since the event started in 2013 with representation from western north Carolina and north Georgia.

Ag Day, Tractor Parade rescheduled to Oct. 26

By Tyler Osborn Guest Writer   The 18th Annual Agriculture Day and Tractor Parade has been rescheduled for Saturday, Oct. 26 at the Hayesville Square. The events will start at 10 a.m. with the parade beginning at 12 p.m.
