Photo submitted A Back-to-School Bash will be held at Hinton Center's Moore Hall in Hayesville from 1-5 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 20. Snowie the snow cone truck arrived right on time to last year's event at Hinton and will return again this year so attendees of all ages may receive a free snow cone. There will also be 200 free backpacks for kids and additional school supplies while supplies last.
