Submitted by Clay Co. Sheriff’s Office   At 4:24 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 7 Clay County Lt. Tyler Faggard stopped a white Ford F150 near 1035 NC Highway 69. The driver was Jeremiah Nathaniel Bogert, 43, of Blairsville, Ga.  Bogert told Faggard his driver’s license was suspended.

Staff Report   A traffic stop Nov. 7 on Highway 64 east led to felony drug and a firearm charge involving a Blairsville, Ga. man. At 9:43 p.m. Investigator Nick Queen stopped a black Mercury sedan being driven by William David Ledford, 49, according to the Clay County Sheriff’s Office.
