Jackets mug Murphy, nearly upset Andrews

By Gary Corsair Sports Writer   After struggling for two months, shots are falling, turnovers are down and Hayesville varsity boys basketball players are looking like contenders, not occasionally, but every night, from start to finish.

By Norashae Patterson Sports Writer   On Saturday, Jan. 25 Hayesville High School traveled to Andrews High School to compete in the Smoky Mountain wrestling individual conference tournament. The team won 12 medals for their exceptional performance.

Boom! Jackets wrap up Eagles, 62-53
