Richard Eugene Fields

   Richard Eugene Fields, age 51 of Hayesville, NC passed away Thursday, October 14, 2021.      He was born in Gaston County, NC and was the son of Christine Matheson Fields of Young Harris, GA and the late Leonard Fields. Richard enjoyed fishing, gardening, cutting grass and the outdoors.

 J.L. Guffey, age 86 of Hayesville, passed away on Thursday, October 14, 2021. He was born in Macon County, NC to the late Jess and Evie Ramey Guffie. J.L. was a carpenter. He loved his family, fishing, hunting and grandchildren.

Johnny Leon Cowart

Johnny Leon Cowart, 70, of Hayesville passed away Monday, October 04, 2021 in a Northeast Georgia hospital. He was born in Hayesville to the late Arthur and Ruby Swanson Cowart. Johnny had worked as a splicer operator with Mundy's Sawmill. He enjoyed mechanic work and building with his hands.

Travis Paul Hughes

Travis Paul Hughes, age 39 of Warne, passed away on Saturday, October 2, 2021. He was born in Andrews, NC to Stanley and Wilda Bettis Hughes. Travis worked at Rytech as a mold remover technician. He was a U.S. Army veteran.

Randall Blake Mosteller

Randall Blake Mosteller, 33, of Hayesville passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021. He was born in Gainesville, Georgia on November 16, 1988. Blake had worked as a Project Manager in construction with Sand W. Siteworks.

Fred “Two Wheels” Lewis

Fred “Two Wheels” Lewis, 78, of Hiawassee, Ga., passed away Sunday, Oct. 10, 2021 at his residence. He was well known among the mountain biking and motorcycle community for his love of being on two wheels.

Judith Ann Dembenski,

Judith Ann Dembenski, 68, of Hayesville, formally of Trumbull, Conn., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 6, 2021 at her residence. Judy was born in Bridgeport, Conn. on Dec. 20, 1952 to James B. Musante and Helene Ann Foytho Musante. She spent her childhood and school years in Trumbull.

Roy Mashburn

Roy Mashburn, age 79 of Hayesville, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021 in a Towns County, Georgia hospital.  He was a native and lifetime resident of Clay County, and was a delivery driver for Hayesville Hardware for many years.  Roy was a member of Eagle Fork Baptist Church in Hayesville.

EULENE LEDFORD HOLDEN

Eulene Ledford Holden, 91, of Hayesville passed away Wednesday, September 29, 2021 in a Hiawassee, Georgia hospital. A private graveside service was held at 11:00 am Friday, October 1, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Gary Ashe officiating.
