Governor Kemp Names Appointment to Enotah Judicial Circuit

Today Governor Brian P. Kemp announced his selection of Buck Levins to fill a vacancy on the Superior Court of the Enotah Judicial Circuit. Buck Levins, a native of Warner Robins, has served as the Senior Assistant District Attorney for the Tallapoosa Judicial Circuit since August of 2019.

The Brasstown Concert Association will present its Young Artists Concert at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, March 15. This year featuring singer Breanna Cauble, pianist Emma Pullium and trumpeter Jonathan Wheaton.

WITH GALLERY: Music festival praises God with every breath

   This was no ordinary worship.    The 29th annual Alliance for African American Music benefit concert had a little bit of everything, as performers from all across the region came together Sunday at Cornelia United Methodist Church to belt out the gospel in all its musical forms.

County makes Second Amendment statement

The White County Board of Commissioners have made clear their support for citizens’ right to keep and bear arms.

Play features both first-time and veteran actors

New faces will grace the stage for the 2020 season opener at the Peacock in Hayesville. It’s the first Peacock appearance for four cast members — and two of them are making their acting debut in the British farce, “Out of Order.

Community Café gives voice of hope for children
